PAY IN STORE & IN STORE PICKUP

• Orders using the “Pay in Store” payment method will be held for 7 days.Orders not picked up within 7 days are canceled.
• “Pay in Store” is not a valid payment option for Preorder Items and Ticketed Events. These orders will be canceled.
• Paid orders using the “Pickup In Store” shipping option will be held for 21 days.  Items not picked up after this time period will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be given on these items. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• All TCG sales are final.  There are no returns or exchanges on TCG Sealed Products or Singles
• Items in other categories may be exchanged for store credit or other items within 14 days.  
• Exchange items must be in like new condition (still in shrinkwrap, no visible damage, etc)

EVENT POLICIES

• All ticketed event entries must be paid in full. Orders submitted as “Pay in Store” will be canceled.
• If you are unable to attend an event you have paid for please let us know ASAP. 
• Your event entry can be refunded as Store Credit up to 24 hours prior to the event. 
• There are no refunds for day of event cancellations or no shows.
• If you are going to be late to an event please call and let us know. You may be able to start later depending on the format of the event.
• If you have not notified us that you will be late your seat will be given to wait list attendees at the scheduled start time of the event.

LOST & FOUND

• Every effort will be made to contact owners of items left behind.
• Items with an identified owner will be held for 14 days
• Items without an identified owner will be held for 7 days
• Items remaining after the hold period will be disposed of

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does The Portland Game Store protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will The Portland Game Store disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
The Portland Game Store does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with The Portland Game Store. The Portland Game Store may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.
